Long before Agni was a restaurant, it was an idea sparked by fire — quite literally.
Founded in 2022, Agni was born from a single question:
What if vegetarian food could be as bold, smoky, and satisfying as the best tandoori meat dishes — without the meat?
Rooted in the ancient Indian symbolism of fire (“Agni”) as both a purifier and a giver of life, the brand set out to reimagine vegetarian cuisine not as an afterthought, but as the main act — slow-roasted, smoke-kissed, and full of soul.
A Fire That Cooks with Purpose
From the start, Agni rejected shortcuts. Every dish is a labor of controlled fire:
- Lentils slow-cooked in clay pots for hours
- Garlic tempered until golden and crisp
- Betel leaves charred to release aroma into the ghee
- Biryani smoked under dum - phukt
This isn’t fast food. This is fire food — curated, crafted, and cooked with time-honored technique.
